SPECIALIZED CARDIOVASCULAR CLINIC IN NEW YORK CITY

Diagnostic and Technical Services

We offer advanced in-office testing and noninvasive therapeutic treatments all designed to uncover root causes, track progress, and support healing in a patient population that often requires more time, context, and clinical insight.

Cardiac Testing

We perform electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, treadmill testing, and Holter or event monitoring to evaluate heart function and guide diagnosis.

    • Echocardiography:

      • Complete echo: $750

      • Complete echo with bubble study: $1000

      • Limited echo (e.g., aortic root only or just a bubble study): $500

    • Exercise treadmill test: $1250

      • This test evaluates ischemic heart disease and monitors heart rate response during activity. It also helps assess exercise tolerance.

      • Treadmill testing is required before and after EECP as part of bundled programs.

Vascular Testing

We use vascular ultrasound to assess blood flow, detect blockages, and monitor vascular health in a safe and comfortable setting. Our echo lab provides imaging that goes beyond standard protocols. Our sonographers are experienced in identifying subtle pathology in patients with complex conditions like POTS and HSD.

We perform thorough doppler evaluations with a focus on overlooked diagnoses, such as pelvic venous disease, not typically identified in other vascular labs. All studies are interpreted with a deep understanding of our patient population. If needed, we collaborate with Sheer Health to assist with out-of-network reimbursement.

    • Pelvic venous ultrasound: $1000

    • Lower extremity venous ultrasound (for insufficiency): $1000

    • Lower extremity duplex (for DVT): $300

    • Mesenteric ultrasound (for median arcuate ligament syndrome): $750

    • Carotid Doppler: $500

Infusion Therapy (IV)

At Cutchins Cardiovascular Medicine, we believe certain medications and supplements are best delivered through intravenous therapy. Many patients experience challenges with absorption due to gastrointestinal issues, and in these cases, IV support may be recommended on an individual basis.

Common IV treatments include iron, vitamin D, vitamin C, glutathione, thiamine, and other nutrients. During periods of symptom flares or in preparation for travel, IV fluids may also be provided in our clinic.

Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP)

EECP is a non-invasive treatment that uses timed inflation of leg cuffs to increase blood return to the heart. It is FDA-approved for disabling angina and stable heart failure and has shown significant promise for patients with Long COVID, POTS, and venous disease.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

HBOT involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber to enhance tissue oxygenation, reduce inflammation, and support healing. While traditionally used for wound care, HBOT is increasingly explored for Long COVID, POTS, and cognitive issues.
