Clinical Cardiology Services

We offer thoughtful, expert care for a wide range of heart and vascular conditions, with a special focus on patients managing complex chronic illness. We have chosen a model that does not accept insurance in order to provide unrushed, patient-centered care. Dr. Cutchins started this practice to give patients the time and attention they deserve.

Complex Chronic Illness Care 

We provide long-term support for Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders, and syncope through detailed evaluation, ongoing follow-up, and a deep understanding of how these conditions affect daily life.

    • 90-minute initial visit: $2000

    • 90-minute 6-week follow-up visit: $1500

    • 6–8 week follow-ups (45 minutes): $750 for as long as care is needed

      • Follow-ups may be spaced further apart (e.g., every 3, 6, or 12 months) depending on clinical need and shared decision-making between Dr. Cutchins and the patient.

    • Initial follow-up with NP (once onboarded): $400

    • Telehealth triage visit with RV: $150

      • Includes medication review, excipient reactivity evaluation, and extended therapy plan updates

General Cardiology

We treat coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, endothelial dysfunction, coronary vasospasm, chronic angina, chest pain, palpitations, patent foramen ovale (PFO), and hyperlipidemia while supporting long-term heart health with preventive cardiology and lifestyle medicine.

Vascular Medicine 

We evaluate and manage pelvic venous disease and lower extremity venous disease to improve circulation and reduce symptoms that impact daily life. Our knowledge extends to all peripheral vascular diseases including thoracic outlet syndrome, Eagle’s syndrome, fibromuscular dysplasia and more.

Consultative Services  

We offer pre-operative clearance and thorough review of prior imaging to support continuity of care and help guide next steps in treatment.
